In honor of Black History Month, Gov. Deval Patrick launched a campaign on Touch-FM to introduce high ranking African Americans working in his administration. The month was capped off last week as Gov. Patrick and First Lady Diane appeared in the radio station’s studio for a wide-ranging interview. Among those interviewed during the month were Patrick’s chief of staff Arthur Bernard; Mark Conrad, chairman of the state parole Board: and Dr. Susan Windham-Bannister, Director of the Mass.
